Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) is designed for people who are responsible for presenting and assessing training within Vocational Education in Australia.
This newly endorsed qualification has replaced the Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (BSZ40198). The qualification is highly regarded and sought after, as it is an important key to enable trainers and assessors in the delivery and assessment of National Units of Competence. It is the National Standard and is delivered through regular intensives as well as distance delivery.
Eventually all trainers and assessors with a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (BSZ40198) will need to upgrade their qualification - this is also available through ACOM. Each applicant will be assessed individually on whether they require the full program or if they simply need to complete the bridging version.
