Certificate III in Christian Ministry

The Certificate III in Christian Ministry (30267QLD) is part of a group of Christian Ministry qualifications developed in Queensland in 2002. It is designed to be flexible enough to encompass the varied theology and practice of all Christian churches.

This certificate is one of the qualifications offered exclusively through LocalNet. It is a qualification that can be delivered in Australian High Schools or externally as part of a Year 11 & 12 student program.

By joining ACOM's LocalNet and beginning a training institute, local churches and other organisations are able to deliver this qualification, in their location with their own emphasis.

The Certificate III is the equivalent of 6-8 months fulltime study, although most students complete the course alongside their regular schooling. The certificate comprises of nine compulsory competencies and 24 nominal hours of electives. It can be delivered in many different contexts and locations including overseas. The Certificate is designed to be taught using experiential learning methods and is a very practical learning tool.

Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) is available for all Vocational Qualifications and Competencies provided by ACOM.
