ACOM's postgraduate courses are offered through the Sydney College of Divinity which is registered and accredited by the NSW Department of Education and Training.

- Master of Arts (specialising in Christian Leadership)
- Graduate Diploma in Arts (specialising in Christian Leadership)
- Graduate Certificate in Arts
The Master of Arts is a nested award with the Graduate Certificate and the Graduate Diploma. The structure is such that the Master of Arts is 108 credit points. The Graduate Diploma (72 credit points) and the Graduate Certificate (36 credit points) are possible exit points from the Master of Arts.

Master of Arts (specialising in Community Development)
The Master of Arts (Community Development) equips students with an integrated knowledge of theology, the humanities and the natural sciences and reorients students' professional understanding towards the building and renewal of communities and needs of the underprivileged.
This award is offered by ACOM through the Sydney College of Divinity's Master of Arts program in collaboration with staff from the Melbourne Centre for Community Development.

Fuller Doctor of Ministry Program
Cross-Credit available through ACOM
Students who are externally enrolled in Fuller Theological Seminary's Doctor of Ministry Program are able to register in Postgraduate subjects offered through the Australian College of Ministries. Facilitation attendance and assessed work completed in conjunction with these Postgraduate subjects can be cross-credited into Fuller's D.Min program.
