The username and password for the intranet is the same as your Exchange email username and password (use your full email address for your username).

Exchange Users:
For access to your exchange email, use this link:  https://mail.cocaus.org/owa

For most staff your username is your full email address (eg fsmith@acom.edu.au). If this doesn't work, try firstname.surname@acom.edu.au (eg fred.smith@acom.edu.au)

Google Mail Users:
For users on Google mail, use this link: http://mail.google.com/a/email.acom.edu.au
Your username is the first part of your email address (eg fsmith)

You may wish to bookmark either of the above links in case the main acom website is unavailable.

Daraco Helpdesk
Daraco have a helpdesk that is available to all acom staff for any computer issues EXCEPT elearning. Daraco can help you remotely, and their helpdesk is available all business hours. If you need to speak to Daraco urgently, call 1300 DARACO (1300 327 226). Otherwise please lodge a ticket for Daraco helpdesk support with the following link:
