Children's Pastor (part time)

Whitehill Church of Christ in Raceview, Ipswich, Queensland is seeking a passionate Childrens Pastor. This new position is possible as God has (a) entrusted 150+ children to our care; (b) raised up 30 volunteers involved in our childrens ministry groups; and (c) provided vision and resources needed.
The Childrens Pastor will recruit, inspire, develop and train new and existing leaders and volunteers to be a fruitful, focussed and co-ordinated team. The role involves teamwork with Pastors, communication with our ChildSafe Co-ordinator; overseeing our leaders and development of our pre-primary and primary school children programs. Current programs are Sunday mornings (Minis, Juniors and Seniors 6 months to Grade 7); Monday morning (Craft Group Children), Tuesday Morning (Playgroup 50 children with 30 on waiting list) and Friday afternoon (Midgets and YABS Grade 2 to 7).
We are seeking a person who loves Jesus, loves children, loves the church and who has experience in church based ministry with leaders and children. The Childrens Pastor will be a leader of leaders to develop a healthy, growing childrens ministry that reaches church and community children. We see children coming to Christ, being discipled, serving in ministry, and reaching out to friends and families.
Whitehill Church of Christs vision is changing lives, families, communities and the world with Jesus. We currently have nine fulltime and part-time staff, great facilities and extensive grounds. The position of Childrens Pastor will initially be for 3 days per week. Young Adults Worker / Pastor (part time)

Fairfield Christian Family is a member of Queensland Baptists that seeks to empower people to be followers of Jesus. We are a church of approximately 150 people who range in ages from 1-93. What we believe and who we are can be viewed on our website http://www.fcfchurch.org.au/
We are seeking to employ a part-time young adults worker/pastor to work with the young adults here at FCF. There are approximately 25 people in this group though not all attend the same home group. We have always had a strong presence of young adults here and we are keen to see this maintained and grown.
Being part-time, we will jealously guard your time. We will, with your assistance, set firm boundaries to ensure that this role does not spill over into a fulltime role while only being paid part-time. Having said all this, we would also anticipate that this role could and would grow and hence extra days may be needed in the future.
Role Description: The applicant must be a passionate follower of Jesus whose heart is to see young adults be all that they can be in Jesus Christ. The role will include leading a Bible study, mentoring the leaders as well as equipping and training the young adults.
Tasks:
