Intent to Graduate Form

Please use this form to notify us of your intention to graduate.

Please submit this form in Trimester 2 of the year before you intend to graduate. This gives us time to ensure you have met all the requirements of your program.

Please note that in order to graduate you must satisfy all the requirements of your program by the end of Trimester 3 of the preceding year to your graduation (e.g. to graduate in 2012, you need to finish all your requirements by the end of Trimester 3 2011).
