Greg Bellingham - Director of Leadership Development
Greg Bellingham (Dip Teach, BTh) is a graduate of ACOM and has been active in Ministry for the last 20 years. He is married with three children and alongside his role with ACOM is a Formation Director of Salt Culture an emerging missional model of church. Greg is a keen reader, cyclist and surfer.
Jonathan Browning - Business Manager
Jonathan Browning (BBus, BTh) looks after the ministry support services of Acom and has a variety of experience in both business and ministry contexts. Jonathan is married with 3 children and with his wife is building a retreat and ministry training centre designed to facilitate encounter with God and the restoration of people's hearts.
Randy Edwards - International Regional Director
Randy Edwards (BA, MDiv, M.A.R.) has been teaching Old and New Testament for over 30 years. Randy's passion is to help students apply the Word of God to their lives and the lives of others in ways that are relevant to daily life in 21st Century Australia.
Gaynor Elder - Voc Ed / LocalNet National Administrator
Gaynor Elder is responsible for the administrative duties concerning LocalNet. She is passionate about Christians knowing who they are in Christ and being equipped to be representatives of God. Gaynor also co-ordinates the publication of ACOM's prayer newsletter.
Stephen Parker - Academic Dean
Stephen Parker (B. Econ, AdvDipChrMin, BTh, MA) is an ACOM graduate and former Associate Minister at Springwood Church of Christ, where he now attends. He also works one day per week with Youth Vision Queensland. Stephen has one wonderful wife and three delightful daughters. He enjoys reading, running, following Jesus, exploring, preaching, thinking, laughing, studying and playing with his girls.
Dr Stephen Smith - Chief Executive Officer
Stephen has worked with churches for almost 30 years in Australia, USA and New Zealand as a local minister, church planter, and regional leader. He recently served as Director of Ministry Health for Churches of Christ in NSW plus Director of CareWorks NSW. He holds an MBA with qualifications in theology and counselling, plus a Doctorate in Organisational Development and a PhD (candidate) in Leadership Health at the University of Sydney. He serves as a Director of The Centre for Leadership Development, an international consortium of consultants and researchers and has consulted widely in the area of leadership development with a broad range of non-profit, government and corporate organisations
Sue Whiteley - Director of Formation
Sue Whiteley (MA) oversees the Personal Formation component of ACOM's training. She has many years experience as a spiritual director, mentor and retreat facilitator. Sue's passion is to nurture and develop the 'heart' of Christian leaders ensuring a strong foundation for sustainable ministry.

Sonya Bertram - Regional Co-ordinator
Sonya Bertram (BEd Sec Mus, MEd) is new to ACOM in 2009. Sonya is married with two children and is the Minister of Music and Worship at Marion Church of Christ. She is very excited to be part of ACOM - training and equipping leaders in their own churches for the greater building of God's kingdom.
