High Schools

Through the Partner Schools Program, the Australian College of Ministries is facilitating year 11 and 12 students' personal growth, spiritual and skills development through our work with both Private and Public Schools. Over 200 students in private and public schools have enrolled through ACOM in the past two years and that number continues to grow.

Partner Schools are public or private schools that have chosen to join LocalNet to deliver Vocational courses to their students through ACOM's RTO. This provides a great opportunity for Christian Schools to give added value to their students, as well as further contribute to the discipleship and leadership development programs which they already work so hard to achieve. Our desire is to help Christian schools in their mission to grow young people of character and faith.

Partner Schools are able to deliver the Certificate III in Christian Ministry. This qualification is able to be credited towards a year 12 certificate as a VET course and can be taught through years 10, 11 and 12.

By becoming a part of the ACOM training network a Christian School is able to design its own delivery method for the course including subjects, assessment tasks and methodology, or use the materials already developed at other schools. As a competency based course the Cert III is very flexible and able to be taught in a wide range of contexts.
